It is one of the largest mission stations in the world, with over a hundred missionaries living in the community. It is located on the edge of Great Rift Valley, about 50 km West of Nairobi Kenya. [Michael] I lived at Kijabe from 1967 to 1983, when I graduated from High School. After we were married, Bernadine and I have made two trips to Kenya to visit my parents. We are currently preparing to go to Kijabe to spend two years at Rift Valley Academy from 2005-2007. This website is a mixture of stories and photos, of growing up and visiting. If anyone with past or present associations to Kijabe wishes to have some pages here, drop me an email and I will gladly set up an account for you. If my site has brought up memories of your time in Kenya, tell me about them! I enjoy reading
other people's experiences.
